Our tile & grout cleaning processes guarantees you get excellent results every time. Through the knowledge and experience of our on-staff chemist and trained technicians, we are able to provide solutions to our clients on an individual basis. Here’s how it works:
Step 1: Inspection
The technician working with you will examine your tile and grout to ensure that they know what they are dealing with. If any potential areas of difficulty are found, we will communicate with you to establish realistic expectations.
Step 2: Treat
Working with cleaning formulas specially developed by our on-staff chemist and mixed by our trained technicians to meet the needs on-site, we treat the tile and grout to bring up and release trapped dirt and oil.
Step 3: Scrub
We use mechanical agitation machines and brushes appropriate for the application to work cleaning solutions into the flooring and continue to loosen as much dirt and oil as possible prior to extraction.
Step 4: Extract
We use hot water extraction with hyper-soft water to complete the cleaning phase. This means the water we use contains a lower concentration of minerals than tap water. It allows for a more complete removal of dirt, grime, and cleaning products from the flooring surface.
Step 5: Drying & Sealing
We set up your space for quick and thorough drying using high-powered fans. As an optional extra, we will also apply a sealer to your grout and tile to better protect the material from further staining.

There are several factors that will go into the final estimate, but you can expect to spend between $0.50-$1.00 per square foot.
We can apply a sealer to grout and tile post-cleaning, which will make it more difficult for staining substances to penetrate into the material. This means your grout and tile will stay cleaner, longer, and that future cleanings will be more effective. But this is an optional service, and is not required.
Cleaning grout ensures that your tile floor looks more like it did the day it was installed (as it’s meant to look). It also removes staining and potentially odor-causing material from the grout, resulting in a more hygienic surface.
For absolutely best results, we would recommend a yearly cleaning routine, with maintenance cleans in between. Our technicians can give you recommendations on how to best care for your grout.
